Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Accountable for multiple projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Director of Project Management will oversee the delivery of projects in the renal disease therapeutic area, ensuring adherence to cost, time, and quality requirements while collaborating across divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the design, implementation, tracking, and revision of project plans for assigned projects
• Collaborate with leadership across functional areas to improve business processes supporting cross-functional teams
• Serve as a liaison with Business Development for client presentations and proposal development

Required qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or certification in a related allied health profession
• Minimum of eight years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with demonstrated project management skills
• Experience managing renal and/or rare renal studies is required
• Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of budgeting and resource management
• Expert knowledge of project management principles and application
