Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for technology initiatives, the fully remote Director of Project Management will oversee project management methodologies, drive AI-enabled solutions, and ensure successful project execution while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance enterprise project management processes aligned with PMI and Agile guidelines
• Develop and govern project management KPIs and dashboards, ensuring compliance and effective communication with executive management
• Coach and mentor project management practitioners while refining the PMO structure to support organizational growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of project management leadership experience in Tech-Ops, RCM operations, or software development
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable Agile certification, or plans to obtain within 12 months
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner and the Microsoft 365 environment
• Proven ability to present complex topics clearly to executive leadership
