Director of Project Management

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio, the full-time Director of Project Management will lead a multi-skilled team, manage project delivery, and ensure operational and financial health while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account and Marketing teams to communicate proactively with clients and manage expectations
• Review projects to assess resource needs and ensure appropriate staffing alignment
• Oversee portfolio budgets and communicate financial risks to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare advertising, pharmaceutical, or agency environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale, integrated, multi-channel programs
• Strong understanding of agency operations, workflow management, and financial tracking
• Expertise in scoping, estimating, and portfolio management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
