Job Summary

Leading project management initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Project Management will oversee project intake, establish executive reporting frameworks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple divisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across various divisions
• Design and implement executive reporting processes for project visibility and resource allocation
• Lead and manage cross-divisional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management roles
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle
