Job Summary

Leading the Project Management Office, the full-time Director of Project Management will oversee project execution and ensure alignment with customer experience goals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of multiple projects to enhance customer experience
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
