Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Owning the global PMO function, the full-time Director of Project Management will build and implement a delivery framework that enhances project execution predictability and profitability while managing governance, financial visibility, and operational discipline across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, APAC, and India.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a global operating framework for Solution Delivery, including lifecycle phases and project classifications
• Implement financial governance practices, including earned value tracking and revenue forecasting, to ensure project health and accountability
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of the delivery methodology across diverse teams and regions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and governance within a SaaS environment
• Strong background in financial management, including earned value analysis and revenue forecasting
• Experience in designing and implementing standardized delivery methodologies across global teams
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead change without direct authority
• Familiarity with capacity planning and resource management in a global services context
