Director of Project Management
Job Summary
To evolve the Project Management practice, the full-time remote Director of Project Management will manage delivery governance across the portfolio, build and lead a PM organization, and enhance enterprise delivery for complex implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the accountable owner for project governance across all implementation segments
- Hire and develop a team of project managers and coordinators, establishing best practices and standards
- Run a recurring delivery forum to report on progress, risks, and change management status
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in project or program management for software implementations, with 5+ years leading a PM team
- Direct experience implementing enterprise SaaS within an internal delivery team or partner organization
- Experience designing delivery models for both high-touch and high-volume projects
- Proven track record of building a PM function where one did not previously exist
- Ability to be the accountable owner of project outcomes without owning the technical solution
