Job Summary
Leading a team of Clinical Research Project Managers, the full-time Director of Project Management will oversee clinical studies and observational research programs, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Directly manage and develop a team of Clinical Project Managers, setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews
- Implement resource allocation strategies and contingency planning to ensure optimal team utilization and project delivery
- Drive adherence to operational processes and standards, participating in project reviews and ensuring timely updates to project milestones
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, health science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of clinical project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech setting, including 5 years of people management
- Proven track record of leading teams in delivering clinical trials and real-world evidence programs
- Deep expertise in project management methodology and resource planning
- Strong command of enterprise delivery systems and regulatory inspection readiness standards
