Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Building a robust implementation framework, the full-time Director of Project Management will oversee client launches, manage project portfolios, and develop a project management office while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the implementation PMO, including playbooks, templates, and risk controls
• Lead project management for major strategic implementations and ensure clear reporting on implementation status
• Hire and mentor Technical Project Managers to effectively manage complex accounts and maintain client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in program or project management, including 3+ years managing project managers
• Experience designing and implementing a PMO with ongoing usage evidence
• Technical project management fluency, including integrations, data flows, and QA coordination
• Client-facing experience at the executive level, including delivering difficult messages
