Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Project Methodology & Delivery Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve delivery methodologies, standards, tools, and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standard operating procedures and governance processes
• Design and deliver training and enablement programs for project leadership roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Over 8 years of experience in project, program, or delivery leadership roles
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience in defining PMO standards and delivery frameworks
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI tools and delivery tools such as Jira and Smartsheet
