Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design, planning, and construction of projects while ensuring client goals are met
• Oversee financial management of projects including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead due diligence, programming, design, and contractor/vendor selection processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least twelve years of related experience with a minimum of two years in a management role
• Advanced project management skills and expertise in client relations and consulting
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and corporate real estate processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project
