Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Property Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement accounting standards and SOPs aligned with USALI and GAAP
Guide the monthly reporting process for timely and accurate financials
Lead a high-performing team and partner cross-functionally to support financial goals

Required Qualifications

8+ years in accounting with 4+ years in hospitality accounting leadership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Deep knowledge of GL, AP, payroll, and hotel-level financial transactions
Strong experience with balance sheets and account reconciliations
Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is a plus
