Job Summary

Director of Property Management will lead a full-time team focused on SaaS product management across Sales, Leasing, Assurance, and Marketing, overseeing strategy, execution, and product modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and portfolio leadership aligned with global direction
• Implement AI use cases to enhance customer workflows and product capabilities
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring accountability and execution discipline

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, including leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage multi-product SaaS portfolios
• Experience with AI applications in products and operationalizing AI
• Strong track record of delivering complex products at scale
• Familiarity with modern SaaS metrics and product operating models
