Director of Proposal Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Proposal Development, responsible for managing the development of winning PBM proposals and overseeing the content management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of proposal writers, content managers, and coordinators
• Oversee responses to RFPs, RFIs, and procurement opportunities while aligning proposal strategy with sales goals
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proposals meet financial and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or health plan industry focused on proposals and pricing
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing proposal teams
• Deep understanding of PBM pricing strategies and risk modeling
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple complex proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal software
