Director of Proposal Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Proposal Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end proposal operations for TPA and Wellbeing lines of business
• Lead bid qualification strategy in partnership with Sales and executive leadership
• Establish and govern proposal pricing strategy in collaboration with Finance and Sales

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Proposal and RFP Management
• Significant experience overseeing high-volume RFP environments within healthcare or wellbeing services
• Demonstrated success in bid qualification strategy and proposal pricing coordination
• Strong project management expertise, including workflow assignments and resource optimization
• Advanced proficiency with Loopio or Qvidian
