Director of Proposal Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Proposal Management to lead proposal operations for federal government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end proposal development for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders
• Develop and enforce proposal management processes and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce integrated, high-quality proposal responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of federal proposal management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Expert knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal procurement processes
• Proficiency with Shipley or equivalent proposal development methodology
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
