Director of Proposal Management

Job Summary

Leading the Proposal Management strategy for Early Development Services, the remote-based Director of Proposal Management will develop departmental strategies, drive operational excellence, and enhance organizational performance across multiple teams and functions in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Proposal Management department strategy aligned with commercial and operational priorities
• Build and maintain a high-performing management team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development
• Lead global proposal management operations, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal delivery while managing departmental performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations, or labs; or an Associate's degree with 14+ years; or a High School Diploma/GED with 16+ years
• 7 or more years in a supervisory role
• 2 or more years leading complex operational or commercial functions with accountability for performance and resource allocation
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing functional strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience in evaluating investments and optimizing resources
