Director of Proposal Marketing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Proposal and Marketing to lead strategic pursuit efforts and marketing initiatives in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for proposal development and marketing activities to support corporate growth objectives
• Oversee the preparation of complex energy conservation and renewable energy proposals, ensuring compliance and compelling deliverables
• Direct the creation of marketing materials and presentations for client engagements and manage proposal processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management, marketing strategy, or business development within engineering, construction, or energy sectors
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with MS Office products, SharePoint, Office 365, and Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and technical writing skills
