Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the proposal team and manage all aspects of proposal development and submission
• Design and implement proposal processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in proposal management within a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large, complex proposals across multiple industries
• APMP certification or equivalent proposal management accreditation
• Experience with knowledge management systems and content development tools
