Director of Proposal Operations

Job Summary

Leading the Proposal Management function, the full-time remote Director of Proposal Operations will manage and mentor the Proposal Team, drive proposal excellence, and selectively oversee high-value proposals for U.S. Government pursuits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Proposal Team while managing proposal staffing and workload across multiple pursuits
• Establish and enforce proposal operating standards and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools
• Serve as Proposal Manager for strategic proposals, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely submission

Required qualifications

• Active or eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance
• 10+ years of federal proposal experience with 6+ years in a Proposal Manager or Senior Proposal Manager role
• Demonstrated experience leading proposal teams and a strong understanding of federal solicitations and compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams under deadline pressure while maintaining quality and discipline
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of experience or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience
