Director of Proposal Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the execution of enterprise-level growth and transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Proposal Strategy will oversee complex project management strategies, focusing on Rural Health Transformation and the implementation of automation and artificial intelligence in proposal development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight for complex, multi-workstream initiatives that align with enterprise growth objectives
• Lead program management for the Rural Health Transformation Program, ensuring strategy and execution alignment
• Establish governance structures and performance metrics for proposal development and growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Strong understanding of enterprise project and program management methodologies
• 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role, preferably within EMS
