Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Proposals to oversee the development of proposals and budgets in support of sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports in alignment with company values
• Develop and standardize proposal processes and tools across the organization
• Track KPIs and provide monthly reporting on departmental goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant field experience
• Minimum of five years of related industry experience
• Two years of management experience
• Knowledge of RFP lifecycle
• Strong organizational and project management skills
