Job Summary

Leading the proposal development lifecycle for federal government solicitations, the full-time remote Director of Proposals will establish proposal strategies, manage operations, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality proposals to support company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of proposal development for federal solicitations, including RFPs and task orders
• Establish proposal strategies aligned with capture plans and competitive positioning
• Oversee proposal teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions and maintain quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Public Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of federal proposal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in AI tools
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition process and FAR/DFARS regulations
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-million-dollar federal proposals
