Director of Proposals and Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Proposals and Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to generate sales proposals and contracts
• Oversee the development, review, and delivery of proposals and contractual documents
• Participate in diligence and integration activities related to proposals and contracts

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, science, finance/accounting, or related field preferred
• 10 years of proposal/contract administration experience, with at least 5 years in management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or clinical research organization environment preferred
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply legal concepts to contracts
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
