Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and develops a cross-functional team managing the full contract lifecycle for providers
• Leads contract development, negotiation, and execution with various healthcare providers
• Analyzes data to identify performance improvement opportunities and develops KPIs for contract effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in provider contracting and payer negotiations
• At least five (5) years in a leadership role managing contracting or network development teams
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of capitation models, value-based agreements, and IPA structures
• High proficiency in data interpretation, budgeting, and strategic planning
