Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate contracting strategies and negotiate contracts with various healthcare providers
• Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements
• Lead a team and oversee contract implementations while resolving contractual issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in managed healthcare administration, with 5+ years in people management
• Experience in an IPA/managed care setting
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in analyzing financial trends
• In-depth knowledge of various reimbursement methodologies and value-based contracting
