Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle credentialing process for all new providers
• Manage a credentialing team to achieve onboarding goals and maintain performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations while developing credentialing policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in healthcare credentialing with leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and payer enrollment requirements
• Experience with credentialing software platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
