Director of Provider Experience

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and program design for provider experience initiatives, the remote Director of Provider Experience will lead efforts to enhance provider engagement and relations while managing cross-functional collaboration and reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance the overall value of provider programs
• Act as a thought leader on provider integration and experience, collaborating cross-functionally to implement new ideas
• Manage key company strategy initiatives and report on business health, including metrics and management reporting

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
