Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the healthcare benefits analytics platform
• Manage data ingestion, validation, and normalization processes, ensuring timely data refreshes for stakeholders
• Lead client implementations and maintain operational stability through collaboration with IT and other departments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS platform operations, site-reliability engineering, or technical program management
• Expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
• Proven track record in setting/achieving SLO/SLAs and incident management
• Capacity planning and performance engineering skills for forecasting infrastructure needs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
