Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire provider lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention
• Define and execute provider workforce strategy and supply planning to align with business growth and regulatory needs
• Manage provider performance frameworks and optimize provider utilization across networks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing provider teams or large-scale clinical operations
• Proven ability to build and scale provider operations in high-growth settings
• Strong analytical skills with experience in capacity and cost management
• Experience collaborating with Product, Finance, and Recruiting teams
