Director of Provider Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of provider operations, the remote Director of Provider Operations will build, scale, and optimize provider data management, contracting, and credentialing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery for members and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the provider data lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of credentialing and contract loading
• Architect and implement scalable processes and data models to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and reduce administrative costs while ensuring regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of operating experience
• 10+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, and/or consulting
• 5+ years of experience in building and developing operational teams
• 5+ years of experience with network operations and provider data management
• 5+ years of experience in program management and influencing business decisions through data
