Director of Provider Partnerships

Job Summary

To enhance provider engagement and drive network growth, the remote Director of Provider Partnerships will develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy while leading a team focused on provider satisfaction, retention, and relationship management across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall Provider Partnership Management strategy
• Lead provider engagement, retention, and growth initiatives across assigned regions
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with providers and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in relationship management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing high-value partnerships and leading regional relationship management functions
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and establish performance metrics
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
• Must reside in Florida
