Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Payment Innovation in Provider Network Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead provider innovation initiatives and network strategy, focusing on pricing and cost optimization
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic roadmap for value-based payment strategies
• Oversee new provider innovation projects, including staff allocation and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in contracting, network development, or provider network strategy in healthcare
• Experience in developing and executing multiyear roadmaps for value-based programs
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and training staff
• PMP Certification preferred
