Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Public Policy to lead its public policy strategy and support government affairs initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate public policy strategies and collateral to influence key stakeholders
• Analyze policy trends and engage coalitions to drive the policy agenda
• Manage a team of public policy professionals and collaborate with internal business leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of experience in public policy environments at the federal level
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare policy
• 2+ years of experience providing strategic counsel to senior executives
• 2+ years of experience representing an organization before senior external audiences
• 2+ years of experience in the executive branch or Congress, or in a state insurance regulatory role
