Director of Public Policy

Job Summary

Director of Public Policy is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and implementing public policy strategies that align with the organization's mission, while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective public policy strategies that align with organizational goals
• Lead cross-functional engagement to assess legislative and regulatory policy proposals
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans and partner with advocacy teams for external messaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in public policy and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of policy development and operations management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
