Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Public Sector Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Public Sector Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives
  • Drive Incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (IARR) through new acquisitions and strategic expansions in the public sector
  • Maintain a data-driven culture for pipeline management and forecast accuracy using sales tools


Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of high-growth sales experience, particularly in SaaS/Cloud technologies
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-level sales teams
  • 3+ years of experience in government sales across federal, state, or local levels
  • Deep proficiency in SFDC reporting and sales productivity tools
  • Experience navigating the complexities of government procurement and compliance standards
