Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Publication Lead - Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Publication Center of Excellence in enhancing publication operations and governance
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee compliance with publication standards and deliverables
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D., or Master's in biomedical discipline) preferred; Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with expertise in scientific publications
• 5+ years of experience in medical publications or related areas within the biopharmaceutical industry
• In-depth understanding of publication planning processes and publication-related guidelines
• Experience with publication management software, particularly iEnvision
