Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Publishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with medium to large size publishers, media, and holding companies
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders within the publisher's organization
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to close, collaborating with internal teams and resources
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a similar role selling advertising solutions to publishers and media companies
  • Proven success in managing executive-level relationships with clients or partners
  • Empathetic and persuasive with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy
  • Self-starter capable of building and managing their own book of business
  • Knowledge of the programmatic advertising space, consultative sales, and media/publishing experience are essential
