Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Special Director of Publisher Strategy will manage executive-level outreach logistics, prepare materials for high-level publisher deals, and ensure seamless communication to facilitate closing Tier 1 deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare briefing materials for the EVP prior to external calls
- Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders
- Manage post-meeting communications to prevent deal stalls and maintain meticulous records in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role
- 1+ year of CRM management experience, preferably with Hubspot
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to enhance the effectiveness of others
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
