Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Publishing & Marketing for its Games Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Devise and execute comprehensive publishing strategies for all titles, including branding and distribution
  • Pioneer marketing approaches for new monetization models and lead user acquisition efforts
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams on game pitches and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience with a track record of managing teams and vendors
  • Proven experience in game industry publishing and understanding of Premium and Live-Ops marketing lifecycles
  • Demonstrated success in audience growth for existing and new IP
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics and ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams, with a focus on talent development
