Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in publishing, marketing, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Publishing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing production teams and processes
• Demonstrated success in balancing creative and logistical aspects of production
• Experience in creating structure, processes, and workflows to support new business models
