Director of Pursuit Strategy

Job Summary

Owning transformational opportunities end-to-end, the full-time remote Director of Pursuit Strategy will manage deal progression, commercial architecture, and customer outcomes while collaborating closely with a Transformational Platform Consultant to drive operational transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the complete deal lifecycle as the business strategist and executive deal leader, ensuring alignment with the customer's transformation ambitions
• Partner with the Transformational Platform Consultant to connect customer business imperatives to the ServiceNow platform, developing a North Star vision for measurable outcomes
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit execution, mobilizing various teams to maintain deal momentum and remove obstacles

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, software sales, and deal structuring
• 5+ years in a large deal pursuit role with a proven track record of closing $50M+ total contract value contracts
• Demonstrated executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders in strategic conversations
• Deep understanding of enterprise transformation and the ability to influence without authority
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in complex deal environments
