Director of Pursuit Strategy
Job Summary
Owning transformational opportunities end-to-end, the full-time remote Director of Pursuit Strategy will manage deal progression, commercial architecture, and customer outcomes while collaborating closely with a Transformational Platform Consultant.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the complete deal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the customer's transformation ambitions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate pursuit execution and remove blockers
- Create compelling executive narratives that connect business imperatives to measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and deal structuring
- 5+ years in a Large Deal Pursuit role with a proven track record of closing $50M+ contracts
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders
- Deep understanding of enterprise transformation and multi-year transformation programs
- Ability to influence without authority and operate in ambiguity
