Job Summary
Leading the quality strategy and automation framework, the full-time Director of QA will evolve the QA function into a data-driven organization that supports rapid product development and ensures high-quality, reliable, and secure products in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall QA strategy, establishing quality standards and metrics across various platforms and services
- Design and implement an automation-first QA framework to enhance test coverage and improve release confidence
- Ensure QA readiness for major releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve delivery predictability
Required Qualifications
- Significant QA leadership experience in a B2B SaaS or regulated technology environment
- Proven experience building or scaling a QA function across multiple engineering teams
- Deep understanding of QA automation, test frameworks, and CI/CD-integrated testing
- Strong technical credibility with the ability to understand complex platform dependencies and integrations
- Experience working with distributed engineering and QA teams, preferably with India-based team experience
