Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Auto Benchmarking Quality Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion automotive quality by understanding manufacturing defects and user experience issues
• Define the business vision and develop new solutions to meet market needs
• Lead product development and manage data analytical projects, ensuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in OEM or relevant supplier/vendor roles
• 5+ years in a collaborative environment, from research design to executive communication
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in engineering, data science, or business preferred
• Subject matter expert in quality and/or data analytics
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to develop and retain client relationships
