Job Summary

Director of Quality and Customer Experience, this full-time leadership position involves developing and executing strategies to enhance product quality and customer experience across a global organization in a highly technical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision and strategy for Quality and Customer Experience across the division
  • Drive transformational change in systems, processes, and operational rhythms to improve performance

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, or Operations
  • Experience in advanced manufacturing or highly technical B2B environments
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional transformation and improving operational performance
  • Technical credibility in complex production environments
