Job Summary
Director of Quality and Customer Experience, this full-time leadership position involves developing and executing strategies to enhance product quality and customer experience across a global organization in a highly technical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and strategy for Quality and Customer Experience across the division

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, or Operations
- Experience in advanced manufacturing or highly technical B2B environments
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional transformation and improving operational performance
- Technical credibility in complex production environments
