Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Engineering to lead and oversee their QA strategy and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and implement best practices for testing, automation, and quality processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Proven experience in implementing and scaling test automation in a CI/CD environment
• Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
