Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to lead their QA function and scale testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own a comprehensive QA strategy for various testing types across all products
• Lead team development by hiring, mentoring, and establishing QA metrics for a high-performing team
• Manage distributed teams while fostering growth, accountability, and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience testing consumer-facing applications, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech
• Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working within Agile teams and contributing to sprint planning and release cycles
