Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance (QA).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of QA by leveraging AI to enhance test intelligence and delivery speed
• Build and mentor high-performing QA teams across North America and India
• Own and evolve the release management process to improve reliability and quality for faster deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience testing AI-native applications and developing QA strategies in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and cloud-based platforms
• Experience working with teams in both North America and India is highly preferred
