Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Quality Assurance to lead and oversee the quality assurance function for software and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure product quality
• Lead a global team of QA professionals and drive innovation in testing solutions
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to integrate quality into development efforts from the planning phase

Required Qualifications

• Experience testing cloud-based SaaS products in an Agile, Kanban, or Scrum environment
• Proven experience leading a global team of QA professionals
• Deep knowledge of QA best practices and experience with automated testing processes in a CI/CD environment
• Proficiency in standard industry tools for QA and QA automation
• Experience with software regulation such as HIPAA and PHI is preferred
